One lead. The right depth.
The principal owns scope, communication, quality, and final recommendations.
- The principalLeads the engagement from first call to handoff, and stays accountable for the advice.
- SpecialistsJoin for focused work when the scope calls for them. You agree on who is involved before they start.
- Your teamWorks alongside us throughout, so the capability stays when we leave.
Why principal-led
Senior attention is the point. You should not have to re-explain your organization to a rotating team, or wonder who is accountable for the recommendation in front of you.
One person holds the thread. That keeps the work coherent, the communication simple, and the advice honest about trade-offs.
What to expect first
- A conversationYou describe what you need to prepare for or decide.
- A written scopeWhat we will do, what you will get, and who is involved.
- The workDiagnose, design, deliver, and transfer, with the principal leading throughout.
Common questions
Who will we work with?
A principal leads your engagement and remains your point of contact. When the scope calls for specialist depth, we agree on it with you first.
Can we start small?
Yes. The Readiness Assessment, Executive Tabletop, and AI Governance Sprint are each designed as a scoped first step.
Do you guarantee outcomes or certifications?
No. We provide advice and help you act on it; decisions and results remain yours. For CMMC, AM Resilience is an advisor, not a C3PAO, and does not issue certification.
What happens when the engagement ends?
The Transfer step is built in: your team leaves with clear ownership, working tools, and a documented handoff.
