Privacy and analytics
We use optional analytics to improve our website and offerings. We do not sell visitor data.
How we use data
AM Resilience LLC uses site data to understand which pages and resources help visitors, improve the site and its features, and inform our advisory offerings. We do not sell visitor data or use it for targeted advertising. We do not ask visitors to submit classified information, controlled unclassified information, or sensitive client or government material through this public site.
Our hosting provider must process technical request information to deliver the site and protect it. Optional analytics is separate from this basic operation.
Optional analytics
With your choice, Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregate traffic information such as pages visited, referrers, approximate location, device type, operating system, and browser. It does not use analytics cookies. With a separate choice, Google Analytics measures page views, scrolling, outbound links, and Fight Bad Guys events such as mission starts, choices, results, scores, uptime, trust, and action counts. We do not put names, email addresses, or message text in these events.
Neither optional analytics service loads until you actively select it. Ignoring the choice panel leaves both off. Your choices are stored in this browser. You can change them at any time below; withdrawing a choice stops future analytics from this browser after the page reloads. The site and all its features work if you decline.
Optional high scores
When you start Fight Bad Guys, it contacts our leaderboard service hosted by Supabase to prepare a one-time score token and load public scores. No score or nickname is submitted at that point. If a completed mission reaches the top ten, you may choose one of our preset, family-friendly nicknames and explicitly post your score. The nickname and score are then public. Posting is optional; the exercise works without it. It also saves a best score in your browser.
Optional voice guide
The site introduces its guide without sound. If you choose to start a conversation, ElevenLabs processes your microphone audio to provide a spoken response. Your browser will ask for microphone access. For this guide, call audio storage is disabled; a transcript may be retained for up to 30 days under the current settings. You can end the conversation at any time. Please do not share classified, controlled, personal, or sensitive client or government information with the guide.
Your choices and questions
You may ask us about access, correction, or deletion of data associated with you, subject to applicable law. Because our analytics is aggregate or does not use your name, we may not be able to connect an analytics record to a person. Contact us at info@amresilience.com. For a posted leaderboard score, include the preset nickname and approximate time so we can locate it.
If you email us, your message is handled through your email provider and ours. We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and related service requests. Please do not email classified, controlled, or sensitive client information to this public contact address.
